How to Begin the 16-Step Application Process f
FOR THE FREE SCHOLSHIP OPPORTUNITY
Visit the Youth Services website:
1. http://www.pbcgov.com/youthservices/Pages/Summer_Camp.aspx
2. Click Parent Application
3. Click Register (top right corner)
4. Select Parent
5. Complete the External User Registration and save
6. Log in using your email address and password
7. Click + Create Current Year
8. Complete the Head of Household information
9. Add household members by clicking + Add New Member
10. Add additional family members if needed by clicking
+ Additional Family Member
11. Add your child as the camper by clicking
+ Add New Camper
12. Complete all required income information
13. Upload the required documents:
14. Proof of Palm Beach County residency,
Parent or guardian photo ID,
Proof of income,
Child’s birth certificate
(Photos or scanned documents are accepted.)
15. Review the Release Form
Complete the Checklist
16. Electronically sign and submit the application
IMPORTANT – Selecting the Correct Camp Location
When choosing your site in the Summer Account Directory, please select the correct number:
• #79 – Riviera Beach Preparatory Academy (North Location)
• #80 – Somerset Academy Lakes / SLAM (South Location)
Selecting the incorrect number may delay your application approval.
